We previously went a little bit dizzy over the announcement of the Colorware version of the iPod nano - see our previous newspost.

Well, with the new iPod with video available, the masters of paintjobs have stepped up again, with some incredible looking products.

The video iPods will be available in all the normal colours - like green, pink, red, etc. The big thing to note is that these versions from Colorware include a scratch resistant coating, single-handedly killing the majority of the bad feedback about the nano.

Personally, I still like the pink one.

The prices come in at $365 for the 20GB version and $465 for the 60GB version. That's a$65 premium over the stock version from the Apple store, which we think is thoroughly reasonable for such an awesome paint job.

Think you could do a better job with your spray can? Or are you, like me, just dying to get your hands on one of these babies? Drop us your thoughts in the News Forum.
